This Privacy Policy explains how Vibes Sur Moi, a service of STS Media (“Vibes Sur Moi,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit vibesurmoi.com, contact us, order our services, or join our mailing list.

Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), event date, event type, package interest, and your message.
Orders: billing and shipping details, email, phone, and the items you purchase. Payments are processed by Square; we do not see or store your full card number.
Event intake form: event details (names, dates, venue, guest count, hashtag), your creative direction, domain preferences, links you share, and the photos or files you upload or send us (for example by WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox).
Mailing list: your first name, email address, the date you signed up, and the IP address used to sign up.
Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, plus cookies described below.

How we use your information

To build and deliver your event website, cinematic video, digital flyer, and any products you order.
To process payments, ship physical products, and send order, review, and renewal emails.
To answer questions and provide support.
To send mailing-list emails (inspiration, launches, and offers) if you joined our list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To protect the site from spam, fraud, and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Your photos and event content

We use the photos, videos, and details you provide only to create your event materials. Your event website is published on its own domain and can be viewed by anyone who has the link, so only share content you are comfortable making visible to your guests. We will not feature your event in our portfolio or marketing without your permission.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage that are needed to run the site, such as your shopping cart and checkout session, site performance caching, and remembering whether you have already seen or closed our mailing-list popup. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Vibes Sur Moi, and only as needed:

Square, to process payments.
Hostinger, which hosts our website, our customers’ event websites, and our email.
Domain registrars, to register the domain for your event website after you confirm it.
Print and shipping partners, to produce and deliver physical products you order.
Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when our web fonts load.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. Event content is kept for the life of your event website and any renewal period, and for a reasonable time afterward in case you renew. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe: use the unsubscribe option in any marketing email or reply “unsubscribe.”
Access, correction, or deletion: email us and we will help. Some records, such as order and tax records, may need to be kept.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limited access to customer data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian should place orders and submit content for events honoring minors.
