Refund Policy

Every Vibes Sur Moi order is custom. Work on your event, including domain checks, design, and production planning, begins as soon as you purchase, so all sales are final once payment is completed.

No refunds or cancellations

Event website packages, cinematic videos, digital flyers, digital products, and custom printed products and apparel are not refundable and cannot be cancelled for a refund after purchase.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or incorrect charges: if you were charged more than once or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will correct it.
• Damaged, defective, or misprinted products: if a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved proof, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost. Errors that appear in a proof you approved are not covered.
• If we cannot deliver: if we are unable to provide a service you paid for, we will refund the amount paid for that service.

Changes to your order

Need to change your event date, details, or package? Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Upgrades are charged the difference in price.
