Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of vibesurmoi.com and to any services or products you purchase from Vibes Sur Moi, a service of STS Media (“Vibes Sur Moi,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Vibes Sur Moi creates custom event websites, cinematic event videos, digital flyers, and related digital and physical products. Package contents are described on our Packages page and product pages at the time of purchase.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
• Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed by Square.
• Coupon codes are subject to their stated limits and cannot be combined unless stated.

Your intake, content, and approvals

• After checkout, you will complete our event intake form with your event details, creative direction, domain preferences, and photos. Production begins once we receive a complete intake with all assets.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all photos, videos, music choices, names, logos, and other content you provide, and you give us permission to use that content to create your event materials.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us (names, dates, times, addresses, and spelling). Please review previews carefully.

Timelines

Standard build time is approximately 14–16 business days from the date we receive your complete intake and assets. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on prompt responses and approvals from you. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

Revisions

Each package includes two revision rounds: one round for the video and one round for the website. Additional revisions may be available for a separate fee.

Domains and hosting

• Each package includes a domain name and hosting for one year from your site’s launch date. We confirm your domain choice with you before purchasing it.
• We will send renewal reminders before expiration. If you do not renew, your event website may go offline after the expiration date.
• If you use a domain you already own, you are responsible for keeping that domain registered and renewed.

Physical products

Printed products and apparel are made to order from your approved design and require about 7–10 additional business days for production and shipping. Please check proofs carefully. Delivery times from carriers are estimates.

Refunds

All sales are final once payment is completed. Please see our Refund Policy for details and the limited exceptions.

Acceptable content

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, is hateful or harassing, or is otherwise inappropriate. If we cannot proceed for this reason, we will contact you.

Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you provide. Once paid in full, you may use your finished video, flyer, and website for your event. Our templates, code, designs, and tools remain the property of STS Media.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vibes Sur Moi and STS Media are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by third parties, such as hosting, domain, payment, or shipping providers.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
